什么物品是特殊敏感货？What items are extra sensitive?
马赛克，陶瓷装修，粉状、液状、灭火器、电池、移动电源、小型电动车、仿牌、名牌等是属于特殊敏感货。敬请联系我们查询加收费用。
Mosaic, ceramics, powdered or liquid products, fire extinguishers, batteries, powerbanks, tires, e-bikes, counterfeit or branded items etc are extra sensitive items, Please contact us for the additional charges.

什么物品禁止发？What items are prohibitted to ship?
新鲜产品、易腐烂品、生物、违禁品、易燃品、有毒物品禁止发货。
Fresh products, perishsable items, living being, illegal items, flammable and toxic items are prohibbitted.

包装建议 Packing advice
易碎和液体的货物务必打上木箱或木架。 此外，我们建议使用比较厚实的纸箱打包，箱内使用气泡膜包住货品，以避免运输中摇晃或移动。
For fragile items and liquid items, we strongly suggest that goods should packed with wooden box or wooden frame. We also suggest use thicker box to pack and wrap item with bubble wrap or foam to protecting from shaking and shifting.

时效 Time-effectiveness
广州海运至西马的时效为10~14天。
空运普货为3~5工作天，敏感货为4~7工作天。
It takes about 10~14 days for Guangzhou sea freight goods to reach Malaysia.
For air freight, it takes about 3~5 working days for general cargo, and 4~7 working days for sensitive cargo.

什么是海关查柜？What is custom inspection?
查验货柜是海关监管的任务，目的是为了核实所有进口 报关资料。所以一旦发现提呈资料不符合，货柜就会被 扣查。如客户谎报货物，导致海关查扣，一切后果将会 由客户承担。
A customs inspection is an official measure carried out by the customs office, and the purpose is to verify all import declaration information. Therefore, if the submitted information is found to be incorrect, the container will be borne by customer.
